WB Welch here. I’m stopping in to update you on my latest release, and also to announce a signed boxed set giveaway.
Yesterday was my birthday, and with it came a free promo for the kindle versions of all my previously published works along with the official release of my new novella, Rose’s Gold, a story of a woman who wakes locked in a tower with no memory past her adolescence and no idea how she got there. The tale is an emotional dive into how she copes with her imprisonment and what she decides to do about it. I’m very proud of this work and how it all came to a close, though the writing process for this one was arduous. For most of the tale, it’s a one-character show, and I didn’t anticipate how difficult that would be going into the project, but I’m so happy with how it turned out.
A quick announcement before we get to the good stuff: I’m going to be doing a live reading on Friday, August 6th, at 12pm est with Strong Women, Strange Worlds. I’m very excited about this opportunity and would love it if you were to join me. Attendance is free, and you can pre-register here. After the reading, they open the floor to the audience, and I’ll hang around on Zoom for a bit if anyone has any questions or comments!
